Scheffler (-23) birdied four of his last six holes in the third round Sunday morning to push his lead to six over the entire field. Behind him, Xander Schauffele and Rory McIlroy (-17) are tied for second entering the final round. McIlroy birdied three of his final six holes in the third round to post a 63, one shot off his lowest score of the week, while Schauffele went birdieless on the back nine, carding a 2-over 70 to slip back and take the pressure off Scheffler.
