The fight happened right in front of a camera around 7 a.m. on 20th Street Beach in Far Rockaway. People were trying to keep two women apart, and then a woman was found behind the wheel of a black Honda Accord. The other woman then confronted the woman in the car. The woman then backed up the car and drove onto the pavement before driving off. Everyone managed to get out of the way, except for one cripple who sat quietly the whole time. The woman ran him over and then reversed and fell on top of him again. A second man who was nearby was also injured. The woman then walked away. Police are still looking for her. “You took yourself away – you took an innocent life. You took someone’s father, grandpa. Turn yourself in,” said Eliabeth Drinankle. Neighbors who knew Milton Storch, 59, say he was kind and friendly. “He’s a good gentleman. He’s a good gentleman. Kind hearted. He helps, he looks out for everyone,” said BQ Mami. EMS responded to the scene and was able to transport Storch to the hospital, where he died from severe head trauma. Neighbors say the 20th Street Beach deli a few blocks from his home was where he spent most of his time. “He goes out, he goes up there – get a coffee and he just sits there and talks to people, because there’s a lot of people in the neighborhood who just know, so to speak, that they congregate in that area. You never know what’s going to happen,” he added. the BQ Mami. Police say the other people involved in the fight are cooperating. It’s unclear if they know who the driver of the Honda is, but police would like to find her. MORE NEWS: Arrest in brutal attack on off-duty NYC officer ———-
