It’s like doing it a second, third time. Third time. I’m never doing that again,” Logan allegedly told police, according to the complaint. Chowdhury suffered a fractured skull and bleeding on the brain, according to family members and police. According to the criminal complaint, he was placed in a medically induced coma. Logan denied any wrongdoing as he was escorted by police from the 43rd Precinct on Friday night. A cousin, who identified herself only as LaRoya, said outside a Bronx court Saturday that Logan lived in the South and only visited New York for a few weeks. “He’s a good boy. He just finished high school,” he said. “He doesn’t get into trouble. He was just in the wrong place at the wrong time.” He went on to say that he was with his friends who “went and did something and he didn’t know what they were going to do. He is innocent,” he said. Logan is due in court Wednesday.
