The 19-year-old was killed in a collision with a car outside the US military base RAF Croughton in Northamptonshire. The alleged driver, US citizen Anne Sacoolas, was charged with causing death by dangerous driving four months later. The suspect had diplomatic immunity confirmed on her behalf by the US government after the collision and was able to leave the UK 19 days after the incident, sparking a diplomatic row. At Saturday’s event in London, organizer Steven Baird turned to the US embassy and told the biker community gathered outside: “People who come into our country must obey our laws. They cannot and should not leave our country while disobeying our laws.” Earlier in the day, Foreign Secretary Liz Truss issued a statement offering her condolences to Dunn’s family. But days before her appearance, the Crown Prosecution Service said the hearing had been canceled to allow ongoing discussions between the CPS and Sacoolas’ legal representatives to continue. Dunn’s family is privately marking the third anniversary of his death. Family spokesman Radd Seiger said: “It’s a terribly sad day, but no sadder than any other day his family has to endure. “We all miss him terribly.
