The strange post came shortly after the release of a redacted version of the affidavit that the FBI used to obtain a search warrant for the former president’s Florida home. And it comes a few weeks after Arizona Republican gubernatorial candidate Cary Lake said during an event that Florida Gov. Ron DeSandis and Mr. Trump both have “BDE” (high energy). Ms. Lake said Gov. DeSantis was “bold” and has “bigger — okay, wait, let me think about how I want to say this. “The staff always tell me, whatever you do, don’t say ‘balls’.” She clarified: “I’ll tell you what he has. I don’t know if you’ve heard, but he has BDE. Does everyone know what this means? In 2016, during a presidential debate, Trump himself brought up the unusual talking point. Mr Trump then said, referring to his hands: “Look at those hands. I guarantee you there is no problem, I guarantee it.” Tommy Vietor, former spokesman for President Barack Obama, shared a screenshot of Don Jr’s latest post on his Twitter and commented: “Here’s @DonaldJTrumpJr posting away about his father’s d***. Classic father/son stuff.”
