A 40-year-old man accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting a 13-year-old Edmonton girl over the summer is facing additional charges. Noah Madrano was arrested in early July, accused of luring the teenager from Canada to the United States. The girl was last seen near a high school in north Edmonton on June 24. Edmonton police said he was found in Oregon on the morning of July 2. He was later charged with two additional offenses: sodomy I and unlawful sexual penetration I. Trending Stories Story continues below ad In an amended indictment filed in Oregon District Court for Clackamas County on Aug. 4, Madrano is now charged with eight counts.
