EXCLUSIVE: Paul Pelosi’s 2021 Porsche Carrera, wrecked in a drunken-driving crash in May for which he pleaded guilty Tuesday, appears listed on an online auction site. Photos listed on auction site Copart.com show a 2021 Porsche Carrera 4S with “side” and “support” damage. It has an estimated retail value of nearly $170,000 and just 2,738 miles on it. Pelosi’s vehicle identification number is redacted from police reports, and a Carfax vehicle history report on the VIN of the car for sale does not show the owner’s name. (Copart.com/California Highway Patrol) However, the Carfax report shows a “serious” accident on May 28 – the day of Pelosi’s crash – in which the vehicle suffered “frontal or side impact” damage, deployed airbags and had to be towed. Police photos and reports from the incident show identical damage at the scene of the crash and the vehicle at auction and say it was towed away from the scene when police arrested Pelosi. The most recent mileage record on the Carfax report, from January 2021, showed that it had just 18 miles on it days before it was sold to its first owner. CALIFORNIA PROSECUTORS SHOW ‘AUTO GENERATED,’ ‘BOILERPLATE’ LANGUAGE FOR PAUL PELOSI DRUG OFFICER The damage appears identical to the photos taken at the scene and posted by the auctioneer. (Copart.com/California Highway Patrol) According to police reports, an intoxicated Pelosi, husband of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, pulled out in front of a Jeep at a dark intersection on May 28, resulting in an accident that sent both vehicles off the road around 10:00 a.m. 3 p.m. the intersection of California Route 29 and Oakville Cross Road. When officers arrived, they observed “objective” signs of intoxication – including Pelosi’s slurred speech and the odor of alcohol on his breath. One officer wrote that he watched Pelosi “take his wallet out of his pants pocket and fumble with it.” He then gave the officer a California driver’s license and 11-99 Foundation card. The 11-99 Foundation is a California Highway Patrol Charity which supports officers and provides scholarships to their children. “I asked if the additional card was a work ID and he told me it was his ‘driver’s license,’” the officer wrote in an incident report. In dash cam video first obtained by Fox News Digital Tuesday, one officer can be heard telling another that Pelosi “kept grabbing the patrol car to keep her balance.” At the same time, Pelosi is seen walking in front of the camera with his hand on the front push bar of the vehicle. PAUL PELOSI COULD HAVE GOT A RIDE-SHARE HOME APP FOR $60, DUI CHARGE ALREADY COST HIM OVER $5G Pelosi told officers he started drinking around 7 p.m. and finished around 8. He refused a Breathalyzer test at the scene, and after taking a blood sample hours later, investigators found he had a blood alcohol content of 0.082 percent. According to police reports, an intoxicated Pelosi pulled out in front of a Jeep at a dark intersection on May 28, resulting in a crash that sent both vehicles off the road around 10:15 p.m. near the intersection of California Route 29 and Oakville Cross Road. (Copart.com/California Highway Patrol) The other driver was identified by prosecutors only as John Doe. Both men refused medical treatment at the scene, but Doe on June 2 told Napa County prosecutors that he had begun suffering pain in his upper right arm, right shoulder and neck the day after the crash. Pelosi was photographed with bruises on his hands and forearms, but police documents show at least some of them were unrelated to the crash. Speaker Pelosi’s office previously said it would not comment on the incident, which a spokesman said happened while she was on the opposite side of the country. PAUL PELOSI’S BLOOD ALCOHOL CONTENT LIKELY MUCH HIGHER AT TIME OF ACCIDENT: EXPERTS A man who answered the phone at the towing company that removed Pelosi’s car from the crash site said it was common for insurance companies to pick up cars from the lot, but he said he had no record of where they go from there. A woman who answered the phone at the auction yard said she had no information about the vehicle beyond its public listing. Cars up for auction at Copart come from both insurance companies and private sellers, he said.
