Earlier this month, Samsung announced the launch of the Galaxy Z Flip 4. CoverScreen OS is an application that extends the functions of the screen by allowing you to run full applications and all third-party widgets on the cover screen. The app is free to download on the Google Play store, but some features have an additional cost.
The Galaxy Z Flip 4 is priced at $999, placing it on the more expensive side of the smartphone market. This free app helps you maximize your investment by letting you listen to music and browse emails without even accessing the main screen.

Using CoverScreen OS, you can also enable a feature to see caller ID on the screen for VoIP apps like WhatsApp, Telegram and Snapchat.
Other features include turning the display into Edge Lighting for notifications and support for full-size QWERTY keyboards, according to Android Police.
