Today you can pick up the cellular version of the Apple Watch SE for its lowest price ever—$230. ILLUSTRATION: FORBES / PHOTO: RETAILER If you’re not familiar, the Apple Watch SE is essentially a revamped version of the Series 7. It’s not as health-focused, so you won’t have access to features like EKG and blood oxygen readings, but otherwise it’s pretty much comparable device. The SE boasts up to 18 hours of battery life and does everything else you’d expect from your smartwatch, including text delivery, fitness tracking and heart rate monitoring. And since this is the GPS + cellular version of the watch, it’ll let you text, make calls, and stream music without your iPhone nearby. For now, you can take advantage of this $99 reduction on four different shades of the smartwatch—but it’s only a matter of time before they start selling out. While you can often find this cellular-equipped model for nearly $300, it rarely drops below $280, so at just $230 it’s likely to fly off the shelves. Not set to have cellular capabilities? You can also pick up the GPS-only Apple Watch SE for an even lower $210 at Walmart.
