Just last week, DailyMail.com revealed that Stallone had a huge tattoo of Jennifer on his right bicep, covered with a picture of Butkus, Rocky’s bull mastiff from the hit films.
Flavin, who is 22 years younger than her 76-year-old husband, also hinted that it might all be over in an Instagram photo of her hugging their three daughters.
“These girls are my priority,” she wrote in the Aug. 10 post. “Nothing else matters. The 4 of us forever.’
Jennifer no longer follows her husband on Instagram.
Flavin filed for divorce on Friday and claims Stallone has hidden their marital assets, according to Closer Weekly.
According to court documents obtained by DailyMail.com, it says Stallone has “engaged in a deliberate dispersal, depletion and/or waste of marital assets that has had a negative financial impact on the marital estate.
“Furthermore, the Spouse shall be required to encumber, sell, transfer, assign, encumber, or dispose of any assets during the pendency of the proceeding.”
She also seeks to restore her maiden name, Flavin.

Butkus appeared alongside Rocky Balboa in the original Rocky and again in Rocky II. the pit bull was owned by Sylvester Stallone in real life.

Stallone’s publicist insisted last week that all is well and Sly wanted to update the tattoo – but it all went wrong and was “unfixed”.
‘Mr. Stallone intended to revamp the image of his wife Jennifer’s tattoo, but the results were unsatisfactory and, unfortunately, irreparable,” he said.
As a result, he had to cover the original image with a tattoo of his dog from Rocky, Butkus.
‘Mr. Stallone loves his family. The Stallones are currently filming a reality show together that will debut on Paramount+,” Bega added.
The reporter declined to comment further.
Stallone, 76, only showed off his wife’s tattoo on August 7 with a photo on his Instagram page. But just nine days later, on August 16, tattoo artist Zach Perez posted himself working on Stallone’s upper arm.
And his pictures showed that the Flavin ink is gone and in its place is a picture of a little puppy.
Perez also posted a photo of his work, but took it down after commenters began asking why the star had covered up his wife’s photo.

Stallone often jokes about his lack of testosterone as he has spent the years surrounded by the women in his life. Having three daughters, she said “it’s a free passport to hell,” during a 2010 interview.

But she credited Jennifer with learning to have fun.
