Sylvester Stallone’s wife Jennifer Flavin has filed for divorce, HollywoodLife confirms. The Rocky actor, 76, and the former model, 54, were married for 25 years before calling it quits. Sylvester’s rep, Michelle Bega, gave HollywoodLife this statement from the Oscar nominee: “I love my family. We are dealing with these personal issues amicably and privately.”

Jennifer filed the papers in Florida on Friday, August 19 and accused Sly of “moving assets from marital funds,” according to a TMZ report. “Upon information and belief, the husband has engaged in a deliberate dispersal, depletion and/or waste of marital assets that has had a negative financial impact on the marital estate,” the documents obtained by the outlet state. “Pursuant to Section 61.075, Florida statues, equity dictates that the wife shall be compensated and made whole by receiving an unequal distribution of the marital assets in her favor. In addition, the Spouse shall not encumber, sell, transfer, assign, encumber or disperse any assets during the pendency of the proceeding.” Before their official split, it was suspected that the couple of more than two decades were on the rocks when Sly was photographed getting his wife’s tattoo on Instagram. On his bicep, Sly had a large portrait of his wife of many years, and tattoo artist Zach Perez revealed that Sly covered it up. Instead of holding Jennifer’s portrait on his arm, Sly decided to cover it with a portrait of his Rottweiler, Butkus, the Daily Mail reported on Aug. 22. However, when the agency contacted the actor’s publicist at the time, they denied that there were any problems with the couple. While the couple are separated, they will continue to be in each other’s lives as they share three daughters together. Their children include Sofia, 25, Sistine, 24, and Scarlett Stallone, 20. Before the split, Jennifer also shared a somewhat cryptic Instagram post with her three daughters. The Aug. 10 group hug photo was captioned, “These girls are my priority, nothing else matters. She captioned the post: “It’s my brothers amazing birthday! Fantastic time. This man is so talented, so touching and last but not least funny! I It is a wonderful joy and one of a kind.
